About Association
FBA EAC was founded on September 11, 2013. For the past 11 years, the Association has been able to build a business community of people with similar interests, whose interests extend beyond the banking sector.

The Financial and Business Association of Euro-Asian Cooperation (FBA EAC) was originally established as the Financial and Banking Association in September 2013. At its origins there stood such figures as Prof., Doctor of Economics Alexander Murychev, Executive Vice-President of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, member of the Board of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, Chairman of the Council and then President of the Association of Regional Banks of Russia as well as Bakhytbek Bayseitov, President of the Association of Banks of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bank CenterCredit AO.

They conceived the FBA EAC with the aim of establishing international cooperation programs in the financial and banking sectors. The organization successfully fulfilled its assigned function, but over time, it became evident that the previous framework for the Banking Association's activities was too narrow. During its 7-year existence, the Association was able to form a community of like-minded professionals whose professional interests extended beyond purely banking issues. In March 2020, the association was renamed and adopted its current name.

In March 2020, Anatoly Tkachuk became President of FBA EAC. At that time he was a member of the Board of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, worked in the relevant committees of the RUIE, was Chairman of the Board of Directors of Russian Mineral Resources OAO, President of Russian Titanium Resources ZAO. Anatoly Tkachuk successfully fulfilled his duties until 2022.

In August 2022, Li Shuobing, representative of the People's Republic of China as well as Founder and CEO of the Russian-Chinese industrial holding SLC-Rus, was elected President of FBA EAC. He graduated from the university in Russia and has been working there since 1991. Mr. Li Shuobing also held senior positions in the Chinese-Russian Association for Economic and Cultural Cooperation in Chongqing, PRC. Since 2019, he has been serving as Chairman of this association

After the election of a new President, the association's development strategy has become increasingly focused on the principles outlined in significant initiatives such as "Great Eurasian Partnership" and "One Belt, One Road". Despite the shift in emphasis towards economic development in the East and Asia, the Financial and Business Association of Euro-Asian Cooperation (FBA EAC) continues to serve as a bridge between business representatives from different countries. This is not surprising, given that the association's slogan is "Building Bridges, Not Barriers."

Today, the FBA EAC is a unique platform that provides entrepreneurs from all over the world with access to the most relevant information and programs offered by the national elites of the member countries. The FBA EAC brings together representatives of the business community from Greater Eurasia, North America, Australia, New Zealand, Brazil, and Africa. Businessmen, financiers, bankers, and scientists come together in the association to engage in free communication, exchange opinions, and develop common solutions on key aspects of international business.

Once a year, the FBA EAC organizes Moscow international financial and economic forum that brings together experts from around the world. The magazine "Eurasian Financial and Economic Herald" is also published within the framework of this event. Since 2017, FBA EAC has given the Business Elite of Eurasia Award to outstanding individuals for their achievements in business development. In addition to this, the association has a number of other prestigious nominations. Through its various interesting events, FBA EAC promotes cultural exchange and supports constructive international communication in the humanitarian field. The association also contributes to the implementation of a number of charity programs.
