Chairman of FBA EAC Board Alexander Murychev took part in the NUIAC conference
In his welcoming speech, Alexander Murychev said: "Taking into account current trends, as well as challenges and opportunities for the financial market, it is necessary to promote its development in the medium term by working in the following key areas: creating conditions for strengthening the role of the financial market in financing the transformation of the economy while maintaining the sustainability of the financial sector; protecting the rights of consumers of financial services and investors; increasing financial accessibility for citizens and businesses; digitalisation of the financial market and development of payment infrastructure; transformation of the system of foreign trade payments and settlements; ensuring financial stability".
A. Murychev also noted that active collaboration with the professional and expert community is carried out in the preparation of proposals. He commented, "We have been working with the NUIAC Association for many years and have consistently found their input and expertise to be constructive and invaluable."
Today, the key strategic objective for the development of the Russian financial market in the horizon up to 2030 is to strengthen its role in financing the accelerated transformation of the Russian economy, relying primarily on domestic sources of investment financing. It is obvious that at the present stage the key element of the Russian economy's development is its structural technological and digital reorganisation.
Qualified personnel play a crucial role in this process. Training qualified personnel in accordance with the needs of the labour market and at the request of employers requires a reformatting of the entire Russian education system. With the transition to professional standards, the influence of employers' associations on the content of vocational education and vocational training of employees is increasing.
It is evident that the tool of independent qualifications assessment is becoming the sole option for assessing the qualifications of employees in the financial and economic sphere.
Alexander Murychev has identified a key area for the development of national standards: the identification and adoption of best practices from friendly countries. It would be beneficial to foster relations with Eurasian Economic Community, BRICS and SCO countries in order to align approaches in these areas of activity. These standards and approaches will form the basis of the national qualification system, which will enable Russia to address its priority task of training qualified personnel capable of making an economic breakthrough in the shortest possible time.
In conclusion, Alexander Murychev congratulated his colleagues on the 10th anniversary of the NUIAC Association.
