Financial & Business Association
of Euro-Asian Cooperation

Chairman of the Committee on HR technologies and qualification ANDREY BESPALOV
The Committee on HR Technologies and Qualification is intended to become a tool for non-financial programs of the FBA EAC and to stimulate the development of the human capital of the participants in order to secure the progressive growth of business.
The current international contradictions are determined by the interaction of tendencies towards globalization and isolation. This requires balanced approaches for managing cross-cultural business projects, applying unified requirements to participants of global value chains. By implementing the consolidated position of the FBA EAC business community, the Committee promotes the development of project activities and the implementation of key competencies of companies.
The Committee's position is determined by the understanding that cooperation in the field of human resources acts as an accelerant for innovative and technological changes, forms intellectual capital, reduces dependence on consulting and increases the competitiveness of the Association's members.
The Committee's activity is coordinated with crosscountry decisions in the field of social and economic
partnership. The Committee interacts with institutional and business structures, scientific and educational
centers with a view to develop a skilled labor market.
