The FBA EAC leaders took part in the international forum “New Era – New Ways”
Li Shuobing, the President of the Financial and Business Association of Euro-Asian Cooperation, made a speech at the plenary session of the Forum.

In his report, Mr. Li said that in recent years there has been a serious restructuring of the global economy, trade flows and supply chains. The role of national currencies in foreign trade payments is growing. The President considered it important to create a new financial infrastructure with the possibility of developing alternative payment and settlement systems and other ways to support international projects.
Mr. Li spoke about the implementation of Mr. Xi Jinping’s “One Belt, One Road” (OBOR) initiative in China and noted that despite some differences in the approaches of the OBOR and the strategy of Russian leader Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin “Greater Eurasian Partnership”, the possibility of their combining is obvious and possible especially for reaching of the best results.
FBA EAC President Mr. Li said that in 2023, the Euro-Asian Center for Innovative Production (EACIP) was opened in China (Shanghai). Now it can become a new center of attract partners from the EAEU countries, as well as turn into a unique platform for economic and intelligent integration.
Li Shuobing warmly thanked the organizers of the Forum and personally the President of IOEC, Mr. Dmitry Stasyulis, for the excellent initiative. Mr. LI noted the relevance of holding an event of such a level. The forum, according to the President, helps maintain global ties and creates the basis for sustainable international interaction. Mr. Li hoped that the Forum would be held on an annual basis and would become a platform for figuring out of problems solution in the international agenda.
The Chairman of the Board of the FBA EAC, Alexander Murychev, also took part in the forum. In his speech, he stated the need to create research and production clusters that could become “pioneers” in terms of innovative potential and take on the leading function of deepening economic integration processes in the Greater Eurasian Partnership space. Mr. Murychev A.V. also supported the ideas of Mr. Li Shuobing on the importance of creating of an alternative payment and settlement of a financial system in the BRICS countries, which should remove barriers to cross-border transactions.
On April 19, in Moscow, in the building of the “Digital Business Space” on Pokrovka 47, the international forum “New Era - New Ways” was held, organized by the “International Organization of Eurasian Cooperation” (IOEC), a partner of the Financial and Business Association of Euro-Asian Cooperation. The “New Era – New Ways” Forum brought together more than 500 delegates from 33 countries around the world at a single platform in Moscow.
