On August 27-28, 2024, the VI International Municipal Forum of the BRICS countries took place. This was a large-scale event attended by representatives from federal, regional, and municipal authorities, as well as representatives from large business corporations, small, and medium-sized commercial companies.

During the forum, participants discussed the socio-economic development of the BRICS countries, cultural integration, health protection, information technology and many other issues.

The International Municipal Forum of BRICS countries serves as an important platform, providing an opportunity for municipal governments from BRICS countries to share experiences and ideas on how to establish effective business communication between entrepreneurs from Russia and its partner countries.

Over the past few years, dialogue in this format has proven to be effective in developing sustainable ties, which is one of the most significant areas of interaction within the BRICS framework.
