THE COMMITTEES ARE STRUCTURAL DIVISIONS OF THE FBA EAC

They were created to bring together the intellectual, organizational, and resource potential of the association's members and partners in order to solve some of the most pressing issues in international business cooperation in Eurasia.

The Head of the Committee: Alexey Kazartsev, Ph.D. (Tech.); member of the Financial Services Working Group of the BRICS Business Council; co-author of the project of the New International Payment System BRICS PAY (NIPS BRICS PAY) and the payment platforms for phones; author of a series of articles, publications and patents in the international payment systems, security of mobile applications and financial technologies; co-founder of the new financial alliance BRICS PAY, created to implement the New International Payment System project.
