On August 10, 2022, an extraordinary General Meeting of the Association's members took place at the headquarters of the Financial and Business Association of Eurasian Cooperation at 17 Kotelnicheskaya naberezhnaya. The meeting was held in mixed format. The subject of discussion was the election of the President of the FBA EAC, rotation in the composition of the Supervisory Board and the Board of the Association, as well as the opening of a network of regional bureaus of the FBA EAC. 

62 heads of companies representing 46 countries of the world, out of 77 registered in the Register of members of the FBA EAC attended the meeting.
                                                                                                
The General Meeting was opened by the Acting President of the FBA EAC, First Vice-President of the FBA EAC Alexander Kotlyarsky. He welcomed the members of the Association and the guests of the Meeting, noted the high turnout of the members of the Association and offered to congratulate the anniversaries and present a Diploma of Membership to a new member of the FBA EAC before considering the issues on the Agenda. The members of the Association congratulated Anatoly Kazakov, a member of the FBA EAC Business Council, Adviser to the Office of the Chairman of the Executive Committee - CIS Executive Secretary, Chairman of the Coordinating Council of the CIS Financial and Banking Council, and Samvel Chzmachyan, Head of the FBA EAC Representative Office in Armenia, on their 70th anniversaries.
                                                            
The management of the Association awarded the diploma of membership in the FBA EAC to the SLC-Rus corporation. Yves Pozzo Di Borgo, Member of the Supervisory Board of the FBA EAC, Honorary Chairman of the Friendship Group with Central Asia in the French Senate, addressed the participants of the Meeting with a welcoming speech.
                                                                      
The first issue on the Agenda was devoted to the election of the President of the FBA EAC. Following the results of the voting, Li Shuobing, founder and head of SLC-Rus Corporation, was unanimously elected President of the Association.
                                                                     
Bakytzhan Sagintayev, a Member of the Board (Minister) for Economics and Financial Policy of the EEC, became the Chairman of the Supervisory Board.

            
As a result of the rotation, Anatoly Tkachuk, President of the Russian Titanium Resources Group, joined the Board of the FBA EAC.                                                

The project of opening a network of regional bureaus of the FBA EAC was presented by the General Director of the FBA EAC Oleg Berezovoy. As a result of a comprehensive discussion, the Meeting decided to entrust the Staff of the FBA EAC with the elaboration and implementation of this project.
In conclusion, ACTING President of the FBA EAC Alexander Kotlyarsky warmly thanked the participants of the extraordinary General Meeting and expressed confidence that the decisions taken at the Meeting will become a new milestone in the history of the FBA EAC.
