On April 27-28, in Orenburg, Anatoly Tkachuk, a member of the Board of the FBA EAC, took part in the I Scientific and Practical Conference with international participation "Preventive medicine as the basis of high-quality and healthy longevity", organized by the Governor and the Government of the Orenburg Region, the Ministry of Health of the Orenburg Region, as well as the Orenburg Regional Branch of the Russian Medical Association.
In his welcoming speech, Anatoly Tkachuk stressed the significant attractiveness of the Russian healthcare system, both for foreign partners and for patients who visit the Russian Federation for medical purposes. In this context, special emphasis is placed on preventive medicine, the interest in which is increasing every year.
Within the framework of the two-day conference, which was attended by representatives of a number of foreign countries and international organizations, strategic sessions were held on the topic "Prospects for the development of preventive medicine" and "Science in a changing world: challenges, solutions, prospects for young scientists".
The conference participants noted a significant role in the formation of global approaches to preventive medicine by international organizations, including in the Eurasian region.
