January 18, 2016 Head of the Delegation of FBA CS the Central Federal District of the Russian Federation Chernyshov Oleg participated in the workshop held by Acting Deputy Prime Minister of the Oryol region Filatov Sergei. The meeting was attended by Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Oryol region – Kozin Igor and head of the Investment Development – Antontsev Sergey.

The meeting was widely discussed issues of cooperation and prospects for cooperation with FBA CS. The meeting resulted in a short time prepared the following documents:
- A draft memorandum of cooperation with the Financial and banking Association of countries-members of Cooperation of Shanghai prepared by the Government of the Oryol region;
- Formed a package of legislation of the Oryol region in investment and entrepreneurship;
- Formed a package of presentations of investment opportunities of the Oryol region;
- Formed a package of investment proposals of the Oryol region;
- Formed the list of investment projects of the Oryol region.
Sides expressed firm confidence in the continuation of active cooperation for the benefit of all participants.
