On September 5 the headquarters of SPIRIT Slovenia welcomed a meeting between the General Director of FBA EAC Oleg Berezovoy and the representatives of SPIRIT Slovenia  and ZITex. The meeting was initiated by the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Slovenia and the Embassy of the Republic of Slovenia in the Russian Federation.

The Slovenian companies were represented by Ms.  Tanja Drobnič, Mr. Aleksander Sadikov, Mr.  Ernest Žejn. Yanex Podobnic, the Head of FBA EAC Representative office in Southern-Eastern Europe also took part in the talks.

The agenda involved the cooperation in the area of investments, advanced technologies and digitalization. The parties expressed mutual concerns regarding the current difficulties in efficient development of small and medium business which they represent. In conclusion the parties agreed on the necessity to take the first step to join work and sign a Memorandum of cooperation.
Oleg Berezovoy spoke about the Sixth Moscow International Financial and Economic Forum “The Eurasian Economic Union and the EU: search for new formats of cooperation”. The Slovenia colleagues showed interest to participate in the event.
Oleg Berezovoy also passed invitations to the Forum for top-managers of other Slovenian companies.
The negotiations were friendly and positive.
