  The resolution prohibited UAV manufacturers from exporting vehicles "larger than dragonflies" without a special license. The ban is also imposed on the export of components used for the manufacture of UAVs and for UAV defense systems. The decree comes into force from 1 September 2023.
  It should be said that drone manufacturers welcome the release of this Resolution. "This decree will, of course, add a lot of hassle to our export compliance documentation, but it will bring order to the market and eliminate unscrupulous manufacturers of purely civilian products that misled buyers," said Mr XiangShan, Chairman of the Board of Aircraft Corporation.
