Committees are structural units of the FBA EAC. They are created to attract the intellectual and organizational-resource potential of members and partners of the Association to solve the most pressing problems of international business cooperation in Eurasia.

The Committee is interested in the growth and strengthening of interbank cooperation in the interests of the members of the FBA EAC in the Eurasian space.
Among the tasks and functions of the committee is:
- to form a common payment space for countries and citizens of states that fall within the sphere of interests of the members of the Association;
- to develop monetary and credit relations in the Eurasian space in the "Eurasia Plus" format;
- to strengthen banking systems and interbank cooperation in Eurasia and other regions and countries interested in developing their relationships.
