On April 17, 2022, an Open rhythmic gymnastics tournament RAINBOW CUP took place in the Moscow City Center "Zhavoronki", located in the Odintsovo district.
The tournament was held with the support of the Administration of the Odintsovo district, organized by the PRIMA Rhythmic Gymnastics Sports Club. The tournament was attended by young athletes from 3 to 17 years old from Moscow and the Moscow region, as well as the regions of Russia – teams of Olympic Training Centers, Olympic Reserve Schools, Youth sports schools and sports clubs representing Kazan, Murom, Saratov, Sochi and other cities of the Russian Federation.
The most exciting part of the tournament was the awarding of the participants. Tournament Director Inna Gribkova and European champion Veronika Polyakova took part in each of the 6 award parades. Home textiles and souvenirs were prizes to the participants. Also, during one of the awards, a raffle of valuable prizes was held among the judges of the tournament: household appliances were played.
More than 400 gymnasts from all over Russia, 36 sets of medals, 20 highly professional judges under the guidance of the Honored coach of Russia, international category judge Nadezhda Shatalina – the result of the Open RAINBOW CUP tournament, which can be traditional, since it has been held since 2019.
