The purpose of creating a Legal Service is to provide qualified legal assistance to members of the FBA EAC.
 Among the tasks solved by the Legal Service:
- representation and protection of the rights and legitimate interests of the members of the FBA EAC, provision of advisory, methodological, legal and other assistance in order to improve the effectiveness of their activities;
- exclusion or maximum reduction of the negative consequences of the Russian and foreign legislation of the members of the FBA EAC.
The Legal Service will provide legal support for the activities of members of the FBA EAC, advise on various branches of law, carry out legal expertise of regulatory legal acts for compliance with applicable legal norms, their interpretation and forecasting of the results of their implementation. It will also assist in drafting documents, contracts, foreign economic contracts, participate in negotiations and tenders, analyze information and documents, and, if necessary, represent the interests of members of the FBA EAC in courts, state and municipal bodies.
