The first meeting between representatives of the Shenyang Russian-Chinese Centre of Trade and Economic Cooperation and the Financial and Banking Association of the Participating Countries of the Shanghai Cooperation took place on November 16th, 2015. The parties exchanged interesting and informative presentations, during which they touched upon the prospects for mutually beneficial cooperation.

The Liaoning Province Association of Sino-Russian Cooperation was represented by Mr Zhou Rong Guang (pictured right), First Deputy General Director of Maimacheng LLC. The Financial and Banking Association of the Participating Countries of the Shanghai Cooperation (FBA CS) was represented by Mr Alexander Murychev (pictured centre), Chairman of the Coordination Council of FBA CS, Executive Vice-President of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, Chairman of the Council of the Association of Regional Banks “Russia”, and Mr Oleg Berezovoy (pictured left), General Director of FBA CS.

Both sides acknowledged successful result of the meeting. An agreement was reached to provide a detailed analysis of the data submitted by each side and to continue the negotiations in December 2015.
