In the Moscow World Trade Center on April 6 this year members of the BRICS Business Council summed up the Russian presidency in this international organization.
The meeting opened a meeting of the seven working groups:
- For cooperation in the manufacturing sector;
- Energy and Green Economy;
- Training of personnel;
- Agribusiness;
- Deregulation;
- Infrastructure and
- The Financial Services Authority.

Member of the Coordinating Council of BAFUES Oleg Preksin spoke at a meeting of the working group “Financial Services” with the presentation of the project supported by the Association of the release of a new international payment card – general map of the BRICS, SCO, EAEU .

The members unanimously supported the inclusion of this project, along with the establishment of a new project in the BRICS international rating agency, in the annual report of the Business Council of BRICS leaders at the summit to be held in India in October. The Russian side prepared a draft of the annual report given to the representatives of India, who took over the chairmanship in BRICS.
At a later plenary meeting of the Business BRICS Board is given a high assessment of Russia’s contribution to the fruitful dialogue Brazilian business community, India, China, Russia and South Africa, in particular, the proposal to form a common project pool, which can be recommended to the credit and financial institutions of the BRICS, for joint implementation. Special attention is paid to the business cooperation with institutions in Shanghai New BRICS Development Bank.
The Council endorsed the commitment of the new Indian leadership “to ensure an inclusive approach to work with all groups.” The chairmanship of the BRICS Business Council took the representative of India Onkar Singh Kanwar.
BRICS Business Council was established in 2013 at the summit of the “five” leaders in Durban, South Africa. His most important task – to promote the implementation of multilateral investment projects.
