On June 28, a meeting of the Organizing Committee of the IX Moscow International Financial and Economic Forum took place at the headquarters of the FBA EAC. After discussion, the members of the Organizing Committee came to the opinion to leave the former name of the Forum "Building bridges, not barriers. Business Eurasia in a new reality". However, the participants decided to change the format of the forum.
The plenary session of the Forum will be preceded by the Week of International Business, which implies the holding of thematic panel sessions in the countries where the FBA EAC is present.
To expand the circle of participants, the Forum events will be in a mixed format (online/offline).
Panel sessions of the Forum are supposed to be devoted to such topics as the modern role of gold in the economy and finance, monetary and financial support for cross-border partnership, food security with its global challenges and opportunities, building new logistics chains.
Following the meeting, the Staff of the Association and members of the Organizing Committee were instructed to work out a number of practical issues in preparation for the IX Moscow International Financial and Economic Forum.
