Recognising the interest in establishing and developing cooperation in areas of mutual concern, and noting the need to facilitate development of multilateral economic relations, the Financial and Banking Association of the Participating Countries of the Shanghai Cooperation (FBA CS) and the PROFTEST Scientific and Education Centre signed a memorandum of cooperation in Moscow on November 25, 2015.

The memorandum was signed by General Director of FBA CS Mr Oleg Berezovoy and Director of the PROFTEST Scientific and Education Centre Ms Svetlana Belonogova.

Both sides stressed that it was important to establish an interface for interaction and mutually beneficial partnership, as well as to combine joint efforts within the framework of the Memorandum, in order to reach the statutory goals of the Parties on a partnership basis.
