November 26, 2013 NP «FBA CS» signed the Memorandum of Cooperation with the Secretariat of the Business Council of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization and the International Banking Council.

The parties defined the mechanisms of interaction for the successful solution of statutory objectives; expressed interest in the establishment of multilateral economic relations, to initiate international infrastructure projects and the dissemination of efficient technologies to contribute to the creation of favourable economic and legal conditions for attraction of investments into these spheres.
