On February 16 meeting of the Bureau of the Board of FBA EAC
On February 16, 2024 at 11.00 Moscow time at the premises of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (Kotelnicheskaya naberezhnaya, 17) a meeting of the FBA EAC Bureau of the Board was held. It was held in the online/offline format.
The members of the Bureau of the Board discussed the issues of preparation for the meetings of the Board and the General Assembly of the Association members.
During the meeting, the participants approved the reports of the Chairman of the Board and the General Director of FBA EAC, as well as the reports of the Audit Commission and the accounting report.
The issues of changing the structure of the Association, rotation in the composition of the Board, amendments to the Charter of FBA EAC became the subject of discussion.
Based on the results of the Bureau of the Board meeting, it was decided to hold the meeting of the Board on February 27 and the General Assembly of the Association members on March 29. In addition, the Board members approved several candidates for the position of General Director.
