The meeting was held in a mixed format. In addition to the members of the Management Board Bureau, Vice-Presidents, members of FBA EAC Board, heads of FBA EAC Representative Offices and chairmen of FBA Committees took part in it. The participants represented 21 countries of the world.
The meeting was headed by the Chairman of  FBA EAC Board Alexander Murychev.
Before the meeting, the President of the Association, Li Shobin, on behalf of the members of FBA EAC, cordially congratulated Alexander Murychev on his birthday, noting his invaluable contribution to the development of the Association.
During the meeting, the issues of preparation for the IX Moscow International Financial and Economic Forum were considered, the opening of the Representative Office of  FBA EAC in the Federative Republic of Brazil was approved, as well as the establishment of two new profile Committees, which are FBA EAC Committee on Healthcare, Pharmacy and Medical Equipment (Chairman of the Committee – Alexander Artyukhin) and FBA EAC Committee on Investments in Construction and Real Estate (Chairman of the Committee – Sergey Plikais).
The participants of the extended meeting accepted the proposal of the Chairman of the FBA EAC Board Alexander Murychev on the status of Chinese as one of the official languages of  FBA EAC. The working languages of the Association remain English and Russian.
The meeting participants also considered the current organizational and financial issues of the Association's activities.
The meeting was held in a friendly and businesslike manner.
