Open Session 2023 of the Scientific-Expert Council «Sociogender Resources of Social Development»
On December 19-20 in the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation within the framework of the II International Forum "Health saving and longevity of the nation. Technological Platform of the Health Industry" Open Session 2023 of the Scientific and Expert Council "Sociogender Resources of Social Development" was held.
The event was organized by the Department of Sociology of the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation, the Committee for Sustainable Development of the Real Sector of the Economy and Investment Activity, the International Institute of Health, RUDN Medical Institute, ANO PC "Tomiris" (T.D.S.), Public and Commercial Holding "Avangard", Consortium for the development of innovative, educational and health-saving technologies.
The event was held with the support of the Financial and Business Association of Euro-Asian Cooperation (FBA EAC), Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Committee for Sustainable Development of the Real Sector of the Economy and Investment Activity) and the world-class research and development center "Yenisei Siberia".
The forum "Health Saving and Longevity of the Nation. Technological Platform of the Health Industry" focused on the strategic prospects for the development of the Russian healthcare system in such areas as active implementation of the "4-6P" model of preventive medicine, which provides for a real transition from the diagnosis-centered and biomedical model of health saving of the nation to the patient- or human-centered model, as well as the creation of prerequisites for the development of the health industry, which provides for the assembly of a technological platform and the formation of an ecosystem of support for domestic manufacturers of health products.
The Forum paid special attention to international biomedical cooperation between Russia and African countries, mutual assistance in addressing global issues of the health care system on the African continent in the following areas:
- Russia-Africa: joint training of personnel;
- improving the health and well-being of the population;
- research activities on the continent, potential in the field of biomedical research and technologies (microbiology, virology).
The Forum has become an event that unites scientific, public and commercial organizations working in the field of health saving, ecology, medicine, tourism and other areas.
The Forum program was aimed at implementing socially significant initiatives and projects contributing to world-building, development of the noosphere approach, ecological culture and innovative medicine of the III millennium.
The Forum participants demonstrated their achievements, presented best practices, expanded business ties, found new partners for the development of scientific, educational and business projects inside and outside their countries, found a wide circle of like-minded people and associates to promote initiatives and technologies.
Representatives of public authorities, public and commercial organizations, representatives of embassies and structures working in the field of health from friendly countries were invited as guests of the forum. Participants and guests of the event were given the opportunity to participate in the discussion on the prospects of cooperation and implementation of new approaches to issues related to health saving and longevity.
As a result of the Forum, a resolution was formed for submission to the legislative and executive authorities and public organizations of the Russian Federation.
One of the leading speakers of the Forum was Oleg Chernyshev, Head of FBA EAC Representative Office in Central Federal District, Chairman of the Committee for Sustainable Development of the Real Sector of the Economy and Investment Activity of the Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Scientific Director of the world-class research center "Yenisei-Siberia".
