Petersburg International Economic Forum
16-18 June had been held jubilee Petersburg International Economic Forum, which brought together over 12 000 participants from 133 countries, including media representatives and accompanying persons. The forum was attended by the Chairman of the Coordination Council of FBA EAC, Executive Vice President of RSPP, Alexander Murychev.
The central event of the Forum was the plenary session on the theme “On the verge of a new economic reality,” which aired TV 86 international channels, including Media Partners: CNBC, Bloomberg, CCTV, CNN. Total signed 356 agreements, of which 292 agreements, 53 of the memorandum, 6 roadmaps, 2 programs, 2 contracts, one act of transferring technology. The amount of the signed agreements, on which the information is not a trade secret, is 46 million to 1 trillion rubles. During the Forum, 50 regions of the Russian Federation for the period from 16 to 18 June have signed 180 agreements. The largest number of agreements signed by the Government of St. Petersburg – 24 (totaling 118 billion rubles), the Government of Tula region – 17, and the Administration of the Leningrad Region – 12 (110 billion rubles). These agreements are aimed at socio-economic development of Russian regions, the implementation of major investment projects, the development of inter-regional economic and cultural interaction.
