On August 6, 2021, the President of the FBA EAC A. Tkachuk held talks with the Co-President of the Association "Franco-Russian Dialogue", First Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Budget and Taxes S. Katasonov on the issue of interaction. During the meeting, both sides expressed their interest in working together with the aim of developing international business activity.

A. Tkachuk as the FBA EAC President was offered officially to join the Association "Franco-Russian Dialogue". He also received written assurances about the possibility to use the office of the Franco-Russian Dialogue in Paris for meetings and events of the FBA EAC. The corresponding official letters addressed to the FBA EAC President A. Tkachuk were signed by the Co-President of the Association "Franco-Russian Dialogue", First Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Budget and Taxes S. Katasonov and Co-President of the Association "Franco-Russian Dialogue", Member of the European Parliament Thierry Mariani.

Since 2004, the Association «Franco-Russian Dialogue» has been a unique platform for open and free cooperation in order to establish mutually beneficial partnership in the political, business circles, and cultural communities of Russia and France. The Association has been taken under the patronage of the Presidents of Russia and France, Vladimir Putin and Jacques Chirac, since its foundation. The Bureau of the Association consists of well-known political figures and representatives of the business community of Russia and France. An important element of the Association's activities is working with the opinion of the civil society.

This interaction with the Association "Franco-Russian Dialogue" can significantly strengthen the position of the FBA EAC in Europe. In this regard, the issue of building a systematic interaction between Associations will be considered in the near future.
