On November 14, 2023, a round table "HUMAN CAPITAL AS A SOURCE OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT" was held, organized on the initiative of FBA EAС, the National Agency for Qualifications Development of the Russian Federation and the Financial Market Professional Qualifications Council. The event was attended by Chairman of the FBA EAC HR Technologies and Qualifications Committee Andrey Bespalov. Artyom Shadrin, General Director of ANO NARC, addressed the participants with a welcoming speech.
The participants of the event shared their opinions on various aspects of the labor market, the development of areas for its qualification supply, specialists training in promising professions, and the use of migrant labor. Special attention was paid to the problem of highly qualified specialists and their importance for achieving technological sovereignty. It was noted that the regulatory practices being formed under the auspices of the Eurasian Economic Commission serve as a foundation for subsequent geopolitical tasks. In the future - not only integration into EAEU+, but also partnership with other regional associations (SCO, BRICS, ASEAN) with the formation of common markets for goods and services, as well as a common institutional space. The economic potential of the regions, taking into account demographic issues, was highlighted by Olga Zolotareva, Director of the Center for Demography and Statistics of the Institute of Economic Strategies. A significant amount of attention was devoted to the experience of using qualification tools in solving production tasks, interaction between business and education.
