Round table " Who creates the transportation and logistics map of Greater Eurasia and how" was held within the framework of the FBA EAC International Business Week

Within the framework of the FBA EAC International Business Week on November 16, 2023, a roundtable discussion was held on the topic: " Who creates the transportation and logistics map of Greater Eurasia and how".
The meeting was held on the platform of the International Coordinating Council for Trans-Eurasian Transportation (CCTT). The participants of the event were representatives of nine countries of Eurasia, who were given the opportunity of simultaneous interpretation in English and Chinese.
The moderators of the round table were Gennady Bessonov, Secretary General of CCTT and Vladimir Kotenev, Member of the FBA EAC Board, Head of FBA EAC Representative Office in Germany, Managing Director of Eurasian Strategic Consulting LLC.
Alexander Murychev, Chairman of the FBA EAC Board, Vice-President of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, addressed the participants of the round table. Having assessed the current state of international logistics, he wished the attendees success in discussing such a global topic and the birth of new progressive ideas that could form the basis of program documents of the governments of Eurasian countries.
The participants of the round table discussed a wide range of issues. In particular, they discussed transformation of international logistics and balance of transit and export-import routes; international transport and infrastructure communications; promising investment projects for the development of railway and maritime infrastructure of the East-West and North-South ITCs; development of business relations of Russian transport business with partners from Europe, Asia and Africa; multimodal transportation in the Caspian, Azov-Black Sea basins and on the Indian Ocean sea lines; Turkey's logistics policy in the Greater Eurasia: Turkish influence and prospects for the development of maritime logistics between Russia and Africa.
