RSPP held Financial forum on October 14
On October 14, 2021, a Financial forum was held, the topic of the forum was "The financial system of Russia: tools for ensuring sustainable economic growth". Alexander Shokhin, President of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, and Oleg Goshansky, Chairman of the Management Board and Managing Partner of KPMG in Russia and the CIS, Chairman of the Audit Commission moderated the forum.
The Forum discussed the recovery of the Russian economy after the crisis caused by the pandemic, and ensuring its development largely due to the development of the entire financial system. The Resolution of the Forum can be found here.
Alexander Murychev, Chairman of the Board of the FBA EAC, took part in the discussion.
The forum participants also paid special attention to the development of a Strategy for the development of the financial market of the Russian Federation until 2030 and the main directions of the development of the financial market.
According to the Forum participants, the situation on the financial markets and in the financial sector from the end of 2020 to the current moment of 2021 remains relatively calm. At the same time, due to the periodic deterioration of the epidemic situation in the world, the risks of high volatility in the markets remain. The Forum participants noted that the further pace of economic development directly depends on the development of financial markets in general and financial instruments in particular.
