The FBA EAC Committee on HR Technologies and Qualifications took part in the X HR Digital Transformation Forum on June 15, 2022. The main topics of the Forum:
– digital HR: new opportunities and challenges. The main HR-tech trends in Russia;
– strategy and processes in the conditions of withdrawal of Western companies. Opportunities for domestic vendors;
– development of HCM platforms and integrated automation. Digital technologies in assessment, selection, training, analytics and HR document management;
– analytics and big data. Employee performance and experience management. AI, chatbots, mobile apps and gamification.
The Committee believes that due to the departure of Western players, domestic manufacturers are striving to continue the comprehensive automation of all processes in working with personnel. In fact, HCM platforms (Human Capital Management) is a system that collects and analyzes digital traces of a person, forms his digital profile. It reflects the experience, skills, strengths, interests, psychological characteristics and professional preferences of the employee. At the same time, the tasks in the field of HR are in the plane of forecasting the economic success of the organization, depending on the combination of certain personnel parameters.
An exchange of views took place on all topical issues, especially in the possibilities of using artificial intelligence in HR processes.
