On February 3, 2022, an extraordinary XL (40) General Meeting of the Association of Banks of Russia was held in the format of a videoconference.
Anatoly Aksakov, Chairman of the Council of the Association of Banks of Russia, Head of the State Duma Committee on the Financial Market, chaired the meeting.
The General Meeting adopted a number of organizational decisions, including amendments to the Association's Charter, which provide for absentee voting.

General Director of the Association Oleg Berezovoy took part in the General Meeting on behalf of the FBA EAC.
