On June 1-2, 2022, Chairman of the Board of the FBA EAC, Vice-President of the RSPP Alexander Murychev took part in the V National Scientific and Methodological Conference "Architectures of University Education". The conference took place in St. Petersburg with foreign guests as an open discussion.
Opening the plenary session, Alexander Murychev noted: "the transformation of the economy, taking into account geo-economic challenges, is impossible without high-quality training. Russia is a big country. Our main achievement has disappeared – a single high-quality educational space. The quality of education must be controlled. Low-level educational standards. It is difficult to find the specifics of the direction of training there. Every university teaches what it wants and how it wants. It is necessary to strengthen the Federal State Educational Standard and build at least a basic fundamental part of education."
Answering the moderator's question about the expediency of the Bologna system in Russian education, Alexander Murychev said that for 19 years, university education had been rebuilt according to bachelor's and master's degree programs. There are positive examples of continuity and deepening of education according to the formula 4 + 2. However, in general, the Russian diploma has not integrated into the European educational space. The main successful projects have developed within the framework of agreements between Russian and European universities. However, this is an exception to the rule. In general, obviously, we have lost the quality of training specialists. We need to fix it. But it must be done consistently, without destroying previous successful projects."
In addition, within the framework of the conference, the winners of the Russian Student Olympiad were awarded. Chairman of the Board of the FBA EAC Alexander Murychev presented awards to the winners of the Olympiad from 40 regions of the country.
