"Time to live in Russia"

On June 6, 2024, at the 27th St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, a session "Time to live in Russia" was held, at which participants discussed the topics of social and cultural development, preservation of traditional values, and solving social issues as priorities in state policy.

Jerome Clausen, Head of the FBA EAC Representative Office in France, Vice President of the Franco-Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, took part in the event on behalf of the Financial and Business Association of Eurasian Cooperation.

The panelists discussed the advantages of moving to Russia, opportunities for development in this country, and tried to answer questions:

- Why can't Russia be "cancelled"?

- What demand is there for the work of foreigners in Russia?

- How can the state, business and society help to attract foreigners to the Russian Federation?

- How to make migration policy client-centered and safe at the same time?

In his speech, Jerome Clausen noted that the unconditional advantages of doing business and living in Russia are: economic attractiveness, strong business culture, low corporate taxes, innovative business models, as well as economic growth and high domestic demand.
