On March 21, 2023, Yuriy Fedorov, the Chairman of the Committee on BAT and Innovative Technologies of the FBA EAC, held a working meeting with Sergey Korshunov, the Chairman of the Council of the Union of Organic Farming, and Vitaly Vasiliev, the regional representative of the FSBI NIISH. 

During the meeting, the participants exchanged views on the development of organic farming, the production and sale of organic fertilizers, the prospects of this market in Russia and abroad.

It was noted that the organic industry is actively developing, but needs administrative and informational support.
Prospects for establishing partnerships with foreign companies require improvement of regulatory legal acts.
There were points of interaction, it was decided to continue contacts to develop joint actions.
The meeting was concluded by Oleg Berezovoy, General Director of the FBA EAC, with information about promising opportunities to enter the markets of India and China with innovative domestic developments.
A consolidated decision was made to continue working together.
