X St. Petersburg International Legal Forum

The Jubilee X St. Petersburg International Legal Forum is the largest platform for dialogue between representatives of the legal, business, political and law enforcement communities on issues of law in the interests of citizens, business, improving law enforcement practice, promoting legislative initiatives in order to develop legal culture and regulate the socio-economic sphere in modern conditions.
The Forum was held from June 29 to July 1. In addition to issues of international law, the participants discussed a wide range of topics related to global challenges and trends in the field of sustainable development, cybersecurity, digitalization. The issues of economic cooperation and integration, development of finance and international trade, technologies of the future, problems of human capital development were discussed.
Over 3,000 people, including foreign partners from more than 40 countries, attended the Forum.
More than 300 speakers took part in the discussions, including justice ministers from friendly countries.
The plenary session was devoted to the topic of law in a multipolar world.

Evgeny Bazhov, Head of the Representative Office of FBA EAC in the People's Republic of China represented FBA EAC at the forum. He became a speaker at the panel session "Turn to the East".

On the sidelines of the Forum, Evgeny Bazhov met with Yuan Yi, Executive Chairman of the Union of Chinese Entrepreneurs in Russia. The parties agreed on comprehensive cooperation and on the participation of the Chinese delegation in the upcoming IX Moscow International Financial and Economic Forum "Building bridges, not Walls. Business Eurasia in a New Reality".
