XVII Congress of RSPP
On March 16, 2023, at 11.00 Moscow time, the XVII Congress of the RSPP was held at the Moscow International House of Music.
The delegates of the congress heard a report by the President of the RSPP Alexander Shokhin on the state of the business climate in Russia and key areas of interaction between the state and business to ensure the development of the country's economy in the face of new challenges and restrictions, discussed the results of the work of the RSPP in 2022, approved the reports of the Control and Audit Commission and accounting (financial) statements for 2022, approved changes in the Board of the RSPP.
The congress was attended by Advisers to the President of the Russian Federation Maxim Oreshkin and Igor Levitin, First Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation Andrey Belousov, Chairman of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission Mikhail Myasnikovich, Chief of Staff of the Government of the Russian Federation Dmitry Grigorenko, ministers of the Government of the Russian Federation, members of the Presidium of the Business Council of the EAEU, heads of a number of national business associations - partners of the RSPP.
Russian President Vladimir Putin also addressed the delegates of the congress.
FBA EAC was represented at the XVII Congress of the RSPP by General Director Oleg Berezovoy.
Alexander Murychev, Chairman of the Board of FBA EAC, Oleg Preksin, Member of the Board of FBA EAC, Sergey Krasilnikov, member of the Supervisory Board of FBA EAC, attended the congress.
The delegates of the congress agreed with the main provisions and conclusions set out in the Report of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs on the state of the business climate in 2022, and noted the increase in the efficiency of the RSPP as one of the leading business associations of the country.
